Gates of Ekrund

So last night I got a Gates of Ekrund pop.  I was in Altdorf on my main standing at the Auction House not even queued up for any SCs and I get this pop.  I started busting out laughing in vent and proceeded to go in to the SC.  Now I can only speculate what  the destro in the SC were saying or thinking in that SC but I know on order they were busting out laughing.  I kind of felt bad for the destro in there but then I realized that I don't care and that this only happens once really.  So I proceeded to 2 or 3 shot every character in there which was fun.  I hope another one pops for me again some time.

  2. I take a different tack on this subject. To me it shows the lack of continuum towards standards and rule application. Eight or nine months ago (sorry cant remember exactly) two guildmates were given reprimands for this exact thing happen to them but I think it was PG not gates. Either way you knew it was wrong, or at least I hope you did/do, but stayed to the end. Did you report the bug by and by?

  3. Of course I reported the bug. I always report the bug. It isn't my fault or anyones fault except for Mythic bad programming. If your guildmates were given reprimands for that then it is just wrong because it is Mythics fault for that not theres.

  4. I agree it is not your fault for the bug but you did stay in the SC and fight which pretty much left the other side no chance to win. That is wrong. (thanks for addressing the comment btw)

  5. If it kept on popping I wouldn't take it. But this is the first time it happen so I took it. I play to have fun just like everyone else and I hadn't played Gates of Ekrund in a while and I wanted to do it and I had fun doing it, granted it was wrong to do that to the destro in the SC, but I don't mind them losing just that one sc to me.
